Empowered Journey is designed for women like you, the backbone of your family, who give endlessly but rarely take time to refill their own well. This six-month group coaching program offers you the space to reconnect with your true self, strengthen your emotional well-being, and rediscover the inner strength, resilience that sometimes gets lost in the chaos of life.

Through guided reflection, group coaching, and the transformative principles of empowerment, this journey will help you embrace the version of yourself who is both strong and nurtured. It’s a space where you’ll learn how to set boundaries, release emotional blocks, and reignite your sense of self-worth—so you can continue being the heartkeeper, but with renewed strength and balance.

After giving myself to my family, I had to find myself again. That’s where my empowered journey began.

I was drowning in grief, not sure of where to turn, feeling overwhelmed; burnout was knocking on my door.

Story

When I was overwhelmed with grief and my blood pressure was through the roof, and I struggled to do everyday tasks, yoga came back into my life.

This space gave me a place to feel all of the feelings. It also gave me tools to use when I felt completely overwhelmed.

Now, I use these tools regularly, they give me space to allow whatever is coming up to come up and give me a place to find my peace in the chaos.

You’r Experience

  • Bi-Monthly in person sessions starting October 3rd: Engage in two calls each month—one content call to dive deep into philosophy and practices, and one group coaching call for personalized support and community connection.

  • Guided Practices: Learn and practice movement, mindfulness, and meditation techniques tailored to each month's theme.

  • Community Support: Connect with a supportive group of like-minded people on a similar journey, sharing experiences and insights during and between calls in the Telegram group.

  • Holistic Approach: Integrate physical, emotional, and spiritual growth by exploring different themes, philosophies and practices each month.
