Knowing what to do with these feelings can be difficult as well.. We feel the waves of them well after our loved one has passed away, the relationship ended, or whatever event has happened.
Stuffing the feelings isn't an option, they will return, usually with a vengeance and always when we least expect it. But what do you do with them?
Grief has a way of taking your attention.
People might tell you to move on, get overit, and other things like this. These are not helpful.
