overwhelming

…and when they come to an end, we can struggle to find ourselves again. Join me for a 7 day journey of incorporating more regulation into your life.

Each day for 7 days, you’ll get an email in the morning with an idea or two of things you can incorporate into your life. Try them on and see how they feel. Each day will be a little different, you could see a series of yoga poses, breath practices, guided meditation, journal prompts, and more. These are my tried and true practices for finding more self regulation and inner peace.

…Now is not the time to go into the “new year, new you”. It’s the time to cultivate your inner peace and find your regulation again.
